Denis and his team built a custom AI content engine using Airtable as the content database and n8n as the automation backbone. The system begins with a one-time client voice and strategy calibration session, from which content pillars and tone parameters are set. From there, n8n workflows generate post drafts automatically using GPT-4o, pulling from the content strategy defined in Airtable, applying the client's tone parameters, and producing drafts ready for light review or direct publishing. Posts are scheduled and published automatically to LinkedIn, with the entire pipeline requiring no client involvement beyond the initial setup session. The system is designed to scale: each new client is onboarded into the same infrastructure with a new content profile, enabling Panjutorials GmbH to run multiple client pipelines simultaneously from a single backend.
