Contact Us
Pluris is operated by Radicle Labs, Inc. d/b/a Pluris, a Delaware corporation ("Pluris," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with our website at checkpluris.com (the "Site"), our client portal, our newsletter, our podcast, and our related services (together, the "Services").
Pluris is a vendor-agnostic AI decision-support platform. We connect private equity firms, portfolio companies, and enterprise clients with independent applied AI practitioners and AI-native services firms in our network. This policy covers everyone whose information we handle in the course of that work.
note on the prior Policy
This policy replaces the Just Curious Privacy Policy dated March 15, 2025. Just Curious was the predecessor brand to Pluris. The operating entity, Radicle Labs, Inc., has not changed. If you subscribed to our newsletter or appeared on our podcast under the Just Curious name, we notified you of the rebrand and you may unsubscribe or ask us to remove your information at any time using the contacts in Section 15.
01
Who This Policy Covers

We handle personal information about several distinct groups, and what we collect and how we use it differs by group. Throughout this policy we refer to:

Clients and prospective clients. Business leaders, private equity professionals, and enterprise decision-makers who submit a brief, request an expert review, book a call, or otherwise engage us to evaluate an AI initiative.

Experts, partners, and network firms. Independent practitioners and services firms in the Pluris network, including individuals at those firms.

Podcast guests and contributors. People who appear on our interview series or contribute case studies and commentary.

Newsletter subscribers.

Site visitors.

If you fall into more than one group, the relevant sections apply together.

02
Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us directly

From clients and prospective clients:

  • Full name, professional email, contact number, position, and job description
  • Company name, size, industry, and location
  • LinkedIn profile, where you provide it
  • Descriptions of your business challenges, priorities, objectives, and the AI initiative you are evaluating
  • Indicative budget ranges, timing, and readiness level
  • Notes, questions, and materials you share with us in calls, emails, or through the client portal
  • Feedback you give us after an introduction or engagement

From experts, partners, and network firms:

  • Name, business contact details, job title, and firm affiliation
  • Professional background, capabilities, sector and technical specialisms, references, and rate information
  • Responses to briefs, including proposed approaches, indicative timelines, and estimated costs
  • Case study material describing work you have delivered, including client names where you have the right to share them and have chosen to do so
  • Availability, capacity, and engagement history
  • Payment and remittance details where Pluris bills a client directly and pays you for your services

From podcast guests and contributors:

  • Name, title, firm, biography, and headshot
  • Audio and video recordings of interviews, and transcripts of those recordings
  • Any materials you provide for use in an episode or in promotional content

From newsletter subscribers:

  • Email address, and any name or company information you choose to provide

Providing this information is not a statutory requirement. Where you are a client or a network firm, providing the information described above is necessary for us to enter into and perform our agreement with you, and we will not be able to deliver the Services without it. Everything else is optional, and declining to provide it only limits the parts of the Services that depend on it.

2.2 Information we obtain from other sources

We do not rely only on what you submit to us. We also obtain business contact and firmographic information from:

  • Business data and enrichment providers, which supply and verify professional contact details, job titles, company size, and similar business information
  • Publicly available sources, including company websites, professional networking profiles, published case studies, press coverage, and public filings
  • Referrals and introductions from clients, partners, and others in our network
  • Our own communications and calendar, where business contact details appear in the ordinary course of email and meetings

We use these sources to identify and reach relevant business contacts, to keep our records accurate, and to prepare for calls and engagements. Where this information relates to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on legitimate interests as described in Section 4, and we provide the notice required by Article 14 of the GDPR within one month of obtaining your details, or at the time of our first communication with you, whichever comes first.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we collect standard technical and usage information through analytics tools, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and time spent on pages. For visitors in the EEA and the UK we collect this information only after you consent. Section 9 explains how cookies and similar technologies work on the Site and how you can control them.

2.4 Information we do not want

We do not seek, and ask that you do not send us:

  • Personal information about your own customers, employees, patients, or other individuals
  • Government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive categories of personal data
  • Financial account numbers, other than the payment and remittance details described in Section 2.1 that are necessary to pay network firms for their services
  • Information subject to specific regulatory confidentiality obligations

Our client confidentiality agreement records that engagements are not expected to involve this kind of information. If it reaches us anyway, whether intentionally or in error, we treat it as confidential, we do not share it with anyone in our network, and we return or delete it promptly at your request.

05
When We Share Information
5.1 Sharing between clients and network firms

This is the part of our Services that involves the most consequential sharing of information, so we describe it in detail.

Briefs are blinded by default. When we present a client's opportunity to the network, we present it without identifying the client. A brief describes the challenge, the sector, the scope, and the indicative economics. It does not name the client, and we do not name the client in any communication or materials shared with a network firm unless the client has given prior written consent.

Introductions are consent-gated on both sides. Before we introduce a client to a network firm:

  • The client consents in writing to being identified to that firm.
  • The firm accepts the proposed introduction in writing, having been given enough information to make an informed decision.

Only then do we make the introduction, at which point the client's name and the business contact details of the relevant individuals are shared with the firm so that the two can communicate directly. After an introduction, the client and the firm communicate and contract directly with each other, and information they exchange from that point is governed by their own arrangements rather than by this policy.

Sharing network firm information with clients. When you join the Pluris network, you agree that we may share your firm and practitioner information with clients as part of the matching process. This includes capability summaries, delivered-work evidence, individual practitioner backgrounds and biographies, and rate information. You can tell us at any time to limit what we share or to withdraw your information from the matching process.

What is never shared with the network. We do not share personal information about a client's own customers, employees, or other individuals with any network firm. That restriction is contractual as well as a matter of policy. We would disclose such information only where compelled by law, as described in Section 5.4.

5.2 Publication

We publish material about the work of firms in our network:

Case studies in our AI Use Case Library at checkpluris.com and in our newsletter. Before publishing a case study that describes a specific project or identifies a specific client, we give the firm a reasonable opportunity to review and approve the content, including any client-identifying details. We honor any reasonable request to omit confidential or client-identifying information. A firm may withdraw its agreement to continued use of a specific case study by written notice, after which we stop further publication within a reasonable period, subject to materials already distributed.

Firm and practitioner profiles, including names, logos, and descriptions of capability. A firm may request removal of its profile at any time.

Podcast episodes, including recordings, transcripts, excerpts, and promotional clips. Guests agree to recording and publication before the interview.

5.3 Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the Services. We require them by contract to use personal information only to provide services to us.

5.4 Other disclosures

We may disclose personal information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others, and to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

5.5 We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising

We do not disclose personal information to third parties in exchange for money, and we do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not run advertising pixels on the Site.

We disclose network firm and practitioner information to clients as part of the matching process, with the firm's agreement, as described in Section 5.1. We use enrichment and analytics vendors under contracts that prohibit them from using your information for their own purposes.
