The company ran thousands of manual, repetitive workflows every day across six geographic zones, with inconsistent handling from one region to the next. Reliability requirements were high because the supply chain reaches billions of consumers. Existing point solutions could not scale across the company's languages, systems, and business rules.
Eliza built Nexus, a modular agent based framework of discrete, testable automation units with a continuous evaluation pipeline measuring accuracy, latency, and edge case handling. It rolled out zone by zone on a build, evaluate, pilot, expand model, integrated with SAP, Salesforce, internal data lakes, and collaboration tools. More than ten automations span finance (report generation, variance analysis, budget reconciliation), supply chain (demand aggregation, exception alerting), commercial (territory summaries, promotional reports, customer enrichment), and HR and operations (onboarding, policy Q&A, approval routing).
A zone by zone global rollout on a build, evaluate, pilot, expand model, with a continuous evaluation pipeline tracking accuracy, latency, and edge cases. First value came within two months, and the Middle Americas zone reached production in March 2026 as the first of six.
Large, multi region enterprises with high volumes of repetitive internal workflows across finance, supply chain, commercial, and HR that need automation to scale across systems and geographies.
